Discord bots are a mandatory part of any high quality Discord server infrastructure. They allow for organized and effective staffing, make communities engaging through activities or retention programs (Such as leveling or economies), and can provide full business level services such as managing support tickets, provide business information to potential customers, and so much more.

We develop custom Discord bots around the functions and experience you want for your community.

Discord Server terms

Version 20 October 2026 (revision 2). Accepted agreements keep their agreed version unless changed under these terms.

  1. Project agreement

    Your written quote identifies the legal provider and contact details, deliverables, timing, included revisions, hosting, maintenance and support. We supply a dated copy of these terms for you to keep and obtain your express written agreement before work starts. Project-specific agreements prevail where lawful.

  2. Server ownership and permissions

    For templates, van Eck Industries retains server ownership until the agreed payment is received, then transfers ownership and leaves after handover. Further management is not included. Managed servers require administrator access for the agreed service period; permitted moderation actions are agreed beforehand. Customers must have authority to authorize access.

  3. Prices, payment and refunds

    The quote states EUR prices, applicable taxes, fees, due dates and billing periods. Extra work needs written approval of its scope and price. Setup fees cover agreed development. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law; we do not offer discretionary refunds. A €2 surcharge applies per crypto payment, not per service line. Other currency displays are indicative; the EUR amount governs.

  4. Suspension and cancellation

    You may cancel unfinished project work by email; approved work already performed remains payable. Cancel recurring service by email before the next billing date; it ends at the paid period’s end. We may end it for operational reasons on 30 days’ written notice. Serious security or legal risks permit immediate suspension; otherwise overdue payments or breaches receive written notice and at least seven days to remedy. Paused means temporary suspension; Cancelled means termination. Portal status does not replace notice. Earned charges remain due, but undelivered suspended or terminated periods are not charged. Cancellation or termination does not create a voluntary refund entitlement. Any refund required by law remains available.

  5. Changes to prices or terms

    Material changes to an ongoing service require a documented scope, cost, security or legal reason, at least 30 days’ written notice and a right to cancel without penalty before the change applies. Changes are prospective. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner only as necessary, with prompt explanation. Extra project work still requires your approval.

  6. Access, confidentiality and data

    You retain rights to your materials and community data and authorize their use only to deliver the service. Staff access is limited to agreed duties; credentials and confidential information must be protected by both parties. Before processing personal data on your behalf, we agree any required processing terms, including hosting, retention, security and incident handling. On exit, we arrange lawful data return or deletion and removal of our access.

  7. Service quality and responsibility

    We use reasonable care and correct our in-scope defects without additional development charges. Guaranteed uptime, response times or backups apply only if agreed; Discord or hosting disruptions are addressed reasonably, not a blanket exemption from responsibility. For business customers only, where lawful, liability is capped at the agreed one-time project fee or the affected recurring service’s fees paid or payable in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The cap excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, and liability that cannot legally be limited.

  8. Your rights and questions

    Mandatory consumer rights and legal remedies remain unaffected. Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right; starting early requires an express request and the legally required disclosures, without an automatic waiver. Charges for work already supplied apply only where lawful. Report defects, cancellation requests or complaints to dawson.queries@outlook.com; we seek a practical resolution without restricting access to legal remedies.
